Part 1Pick a client
Open an example to see a finished audit, or start your own. A client is the business you are auditing.
Part 2Fill in what the owner told you
The result on the right updates as you type. Leave a box blank if you do not know: we use a sensible default and mark it est, which means our estimate.
Part 3Copy the prompts into ChatGPT or Claude
Do not paste all nine at once. Prompts 1 and 2 are for the free call. Prompt 3 is day 1 of the audit. Prompts 4 and 5 are once for each person you interview. Prompts 6 to 9 come after the interviews. Open one chat. Copy "Client data" first and send it. The AI replies "Ready". Then copy each prompt, one at a time, in the same chat.
AI drafts. You check. Read every number against your notes and edit before anything goes to the client.
Part 4Download the PDF for your client
A clean summary on white: cover, workflow costs, the matrix, the order to do things, the fee, and what each score means.
Your browser's print window opens. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. Read every number against your notes first.
How the prompts work
One line per prompt.
Questions people ask
I'm new and have no case studies. Why would anyone pay me for an audit?
Run your first two audits at the Focused price for businesses you can reach easily: a relative's shop, a past employer. Ask each one for a written line about what you found, with the number in it. On the free call they already see you work with their own numbers, before they pay anything. That's most of the proof they need.
What if the owner doesn't know their numbers, or won't share them?
They almost never know the yearly cost. They do know how often something happens and roughly how long it takes. Ask for a rough count and a rough time, and mark it est. If they won't give you even that, it's a red flag and the audit isn't the next step.
What if they take my report and build it with someone cheaper?
Some will. You were still paid for the audit, so you didn't work for free. Most won't, because you already know the business and the fee comes off if they build with you within 30 days. Don't hold back the report to stop this. An audit they can't keep is one they won't buy.
Indian owners expect consulting for free. Will anyone pay ₹30,000?
The call is free. The audit is measured work with a report they keep, not a chat. Show them the yearly cost from the call first, then the price. Right after you've shown a problem costs ₹1,44,000 a year, ₹30,000 for the plan is easy to say yes to. If they still want it free, they're not your client yet.
What if the audit finds less than 3x the fee?
If you offered the guarantee, refund it. You keep the trust and often the referral. That's why you only offer the guarantee once you've run a few audits. Better still, don't sell the audit when the call didn't turn up at least one workflow worth more than the fee.
